AFC Logistics is a non-asset third-party logistics provider that offers freight brokerage and capacity solutions to shippers across the United States. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Tampa, Florida, the company was established by Steven Maly and Kate Minasyan, who had co-founded AFC Transport in 2012. Its stated operating premise is the identification and removal of inefficiencies in the trucking industry.

Its freight brokerage business connects shippers with a national network of more than 8,000 partner carriers, covering flatbed, van, refrigerated and less-than-truckload transportation. Dedicated brokerage and carrier-development teams are tasked with securing dependable capacity and maintaining service continuity across those modes.

The company also builds its own technology. Its internally developed, AI-powered operating platform supports instant freight quoting, digital load booking and real-time shipment tracking, with a digital workflow designed around day-to-day brokerage operations. AFC Logistics serves manufacturing and transportation and logistics customers, and has received three consecutive Inc. 5000 honors.
