Agreement

By using DieselTechWork ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What the Site Does

DieselTechWork operates a job board that aggregates and displays diesel technician job listings from third party sources and allows employers to post job openings directly. The Site also publishes career guides, salary data, and industry resources.

Job Listings

Aggregated job listings are sourced from third party providers and are displayed for informational purposes. DieselTechWork does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. We are not a party to any employment transaction between job seekers and employers.

Employer posted listings must describe a real, currently available position. Listings that are misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent will be removed without notice.

User Accounts

You may create an account to post jobs or save searches. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. DieselTechWork is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site, including blog posts, guides, and data analysis, is the property of DieselTechWork. Job listings sourced from third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

DieselTechWork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to errors in job listing data, employment decisions, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
