Concordia Wireless, also known as Concordia Group, is a privately held engineering and telecom infrastructure construction firm headquartered in Carol Stream, Illinois. It specialises in wireless communication site development and nationwide network construction, offering site acquisition, engineering, permitting and construction under one roof. The company reports more than 25 years of infrastructure experience and is active in more than 25 states across the United States.

Technical work spans the full wireless construction lifecycle: site development, 4G to 5G network upgrades and conversions, antenna and line tower work, civil and electrical construction, fiber optic network deployment, and commissioning and integration services. Concordia holds licensing in more than 250 jurisdictions and maintains partnerships with major national carriers including T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, US Cellular and Dish Network.

The firm operates a self-perform construction model, with a workforce of over 200 in-house professionals rather than a heavily subcontracted delivery structure.
