Mariani Enterprises, LLC

Mariani Enterprises, LLC, trading as Mariani Landscape, designs, builds and maintains outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients in the Chicago area. Founded in 1958 by Vito Mariani, an Italian immigrant, the company began with a single second-hand truck and now employs over 800 people across multiple locations. It describes itself as the country's largest residential landscape firm and has been in business for more than 65 years, run today by the third generation of the Mariani family.

The firm's work spans three main areas: award-winning custom landscape design, which has received national recognition; premium landscape construction of outdoor spaces for residential and commercial customers; and ongoing property care and landscape maintenance carried out to what the company calls best-in-class landscape practices. Its technical domains cover landscape design, construction, maintenance and innovation within the landscape industry, and its operating scale depends on a sizeable fleet of vehicles and equipment supporting field crews across its locations.

Alongside its core business, Mariani Premier Group operates as a platform partnering with premium family-owned landscape companies nationwide, using strategic acquisitions to raise standards in the residential landscape industry. The company states a founding principle that family comes first, emphasises the development of career opportunities for its employees, and positions innovation and best-in-class practice at the centre of its operations.
