MERJ Fleet Services

MERJ Fleet Services carries out heavy-duty diesel repair, fleet maintenance and body work for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles from its facilities in Western New York, serving the Buffalo and Rochester areas. Founded in May 2015 by Joseph and Rebecca LaPaglia, the company has grown from two employees to 48 full-time staff as of 2025. Joseph LaPaglia has more than 25 years of experience in heavy-duty diesel repair, shop service, roadside work and tow-truck operations.

Technical work spans in-shop mechanical repairs and service, body repair at a dedicated facility, and a range of field operations: 24/7 emergency roadside assistance, local and long-distance towing for trucks, semi-trucks, tractor trailers and coach buses, heavy vehicle hauling, winch-outs, off-road recovery and tractor swaps. Long-distance towing coverage extends across the northeastern United States and into Canada.

The company operates primary, secondary and body-repair facilities. It reports an emphasis on employee development, safety for commercial drivers and other motorists, dependable service and clear customer communication.
