Reyes Holdings
Reyes Holdings is a family-run parent company founded in 1976, operating food and beverage distribution, logistics and bottling through Reyes Beverage Group, Martin Brower and Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling.
Reyes Holdings is a family-run parent company and a global producer and distributor of food and beverage products. Founded in 1976 and employing approximately 36,000 people worldwide, the company moves more than 1.3 billion cases annually through a logistics network spanning 48 U.S. states and 18 countries. Its operations are grounded in large-scale distribution, warehousing and vehicle-dependent delivery across a broad retail and foodservice customer base, including quick service restaurants, grocery and convenience retail, stadiums, and healthcare facilities.
The business operates through three main subsidiaries. Martin Brower runs food distribution and logistics and is McDonald's largest distributor worldwide. Reyes Beverage Group is one of the largest total alcohol beverage distributors in the United States. Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling manufactures and distributes Coca-Cola beverages across the U.S. West Coast and Midwest. Together they cover food and beverage distribution, alcohol beverage distribution, beverage manufacturing and bottling, and supply chain logistics.
The company traces its origins to 1976, when brothers Chris and Jude Reyes acquired Dixie Systems, a Schlitz beer distributor in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Growth followed through further acquisitions and expansion into additional beverage markets. Reyes Holdings remains family-run as parent of the Reyes Family of Businesses.
Three operational priorities are identified across the group: safety, sustainability and dependable delivery. Technical work underpins these priorities across the company's distribution, manufacturing and logistics operations.
