Velocity Vehicle Group

Velocity Vehicle Group is a privately owned group of commercial vehicle companies that has been operating since 1998. It employs around 3,000 people across more than 100 locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Australia. Its activities span truck sales, parts, maintenance and repair, collision repair, equipment leasing and financing, and clean emissions solutions - all oriented toward keeping commercial trucks on the road.

Technicians sit at the centre of the group's service business. Velocity Vehicle Group employs some 750 factory certified technicians and about 900 parts professionals. Repair and maintenance work is delivered through Velocity Truck Centers, a full-service dealership network handling truck sales, parts, service and collision repair. The company describes its operating approach around three pillars: speed, value and trust.

The group's other businesses include Crossroads Equipment Lease and Finance, which provides full-service leases and equipment financing and holds a $300m financing portfolio, and Velocity EV, which covers electric and natural gas vehicle solutions. The group also offers advisory work on grant funding for clean emissions equipment. Its customers range from owner-operators to large fleets across the trucking, transportation and equipment finance sectors.
