Xtreme Cubes

Xtreme Cubes designs, engineers, fabricates and assembles customizable steel modular buildings from its production facility in Henderson, Nevada. The company builds its structures using proprietary steel moment-frame technology, working to produce portable and durable units that are engineered to comply with conventional building-code requirements.

Modules are configurable with walls, doors, windows, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, data connections and furnishings, and are delivered with turnkey utility connections. Projects scale from individual modules to large multistory developments, and completed modules can be relocated and reused. A typical manufacturing process runs 90 to 120 days.

The work is carried out under factory-controlled assembly with an emphasis on precision fabrication. Projects serve industrial, government, hospitality, commercial, residential and retail clients, among others, including workforce accommodation, mining operations, fire services, quick-serve restaurants, hotels and command centers, with deployments in remote locations.
