MCC, Inc. (Murphy Concrete & Construction) is a third-generation family-owned construction materials and services company founded in 1926 by Robert and Mary Murphy as R.M. Murphy Construction Company. Nearly a century after it began in the founders' backyard, MCC operates as the longest tenured redi-mix concrete company in Northeast Wisconsin, with a workforce of nearly 400 employees. Its operations span concrete and aggregate production, asphalt production, excavation and grading, quality control, and a trucking and logistics function that supports materials hauling and delivery across the region.
The company is headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, with additional operations in Brillion, Crivitz, Fond du Lac, Freedom, Green Bay, New London and Oshkosh. MCC serves both commercial and residential construction markets, supplying aggregate, asphalt and redi-mix concrete and undertaking site excavation and grading work. An in-house trucking and hauling operation moves these materials between production sites and job sites.
