Primo Brands is a vertically integrated North American beverage company that produces, distributes and delivers bottled water and hydration products. Formed in 2024 through the combination of Primo Water Corporation and BlueTriton Brands, the company employs more than 12,000 associates and is headquartered in Tampa, Florida and Stamford, Connecticut.

Operations span beverage manufacturing, bottled water production and distribution, filtration services, and direct delivery and refill logistics. The company runs a coast-to-coast customer network linking large-scale manufacturing with distribution to more than 200,000 retail outlets across every U.S. state and Canada, alongside home and office delivery, bottle exchange and refill services. Its technical domains include reusable packaging formats and filtration.

The portfolio comprises century-old bottled water brands such as Poland Spring, Pure Life, Saratoga, Mountain Valley, Arrowhead, Deer Park, Ice Mountain, Ozarka and Zephyrhills, together with modern hydration offerings Splash Refresher and AC+ION. The company draws on a springs portfolio of more than 80 sites and reports helping to conserve more than 28,000 acres of land.
