Ruach Resources is a construction materials and logistics company serving the Williston Basin area of Western North Dakota. Founded in 2011, the company supplies aggregates, produces and delivers ready-mix concrete, and provides specialized trucking and hauling services to the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors, including oil and gas.

The company operates ready mix plants in Tioga, ND and Williston, ND, producing and delivering concrete year-round, including through North Dakota winters. Its aggregate supply and delivery business covers sand, crushed rock, riprap, Class 5, and Class 13m materials, sourced from aggregate pits positioned throughout the region. The haul fleet includes dump trucks, belly dumps, side dumps, and front-discharge ready-mix trucks. Ruach Resources merged with Oil Capital Ready Mix.

The company runs on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and states core values of integrity, authenticity, humble confidence, and teamwork. Its name derives from a Hebrew word meaning spirit, breath, or wind.
